1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an organization and accessing the NanoNGO software platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This Service is designed specifically for non-profits and mission-driven organizations.

2. Subscription and Payments

NanoNGO operates on a tiered subscription model based on user seats and active modules.

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan.
• Upgrading a plan will result in an immediate prorated charge. Downgrading will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your administration dashboard. Access will continue until the end of your current paid billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service or for months unused with an open account.

4. Cloud Software Usage and Availability

NanoNGO is a fully cloud-hosted platform. Because it operates dynamically over secure servers, accessing the platform, collaborating in real time, recording data, and utilizing integrations require a reliable internet connection. While we strive for maximum cloud uptime, data availability, and continuous automated backups, we are not liable for operational interruptions caused by regional connectivity outages. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with appropriate notice to our partners.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
